511 – Natural Antibiotics

  1. ****Garlic – Garlic, figuring among the most reliable antibiotics given by nature, should never be underestimated regarding the effect it has on the body. Sadly, upon hearing that a product is “all natural”, many people assume it is  incapable of doing harm. If one stops to think for a moment on the effectiveness of garlic when employed as a natural antibiotic, he would be reminded that anything that is effective also has strength, and that strength must be respected. 2. Cats Claw –  an Austrian study published in the April, 2002, Journal of Rheumatology showed that rheumatoid arthritis patients treated with 60 mg a day of a standardized extract of cat’s claw for one year experienced a reduction in the number of painful and swollen joints. However, no definitive conclusions have emerged from other studies evaluating cat’s claw as a treatment for inflammation and arthritis. 1. Wild Cherry Bark extract is the answer. Or Pinella extract. Or Red Zinger Tea by Celestial Seasonings which has 3 different anti-bacterial natural ingredients in it, Wild Cherry Bark, Licorice, and Lemon Grass.
